Return Policy

Returns

We offer a return period during which customers may request a return after receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase may be required to process the return.

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Non-Returnable Items

European Union Customers

For orders delivered within the European Union, customers may have the legal right to cancel or return their purchase within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, with all packaging and tags intact.

Refunds

Once a returned item has been received and inspected, customers will be notified of the approval or rejection of their refund.
